The end of the current school year is upon us. At this time, Lions of George Town Mutiara embark on their annual project of providing free school uniforms to needy students in their preparation for the new school year of 2012.
This year, forty students from six schools have been earmarked to receive a full set of school uniform comprising of a shirt/blouse; a pair of pants/pinafore; a pair of socks, and a pair of shoes. These students have been selected by their relevant school authorities to receive the uniforms.


This annual project undertaken by Charter President Danny Lim will see the official presentation of the uniforms to the school children by Club President Mark Labrooy on Monday, 31 October 2011 at the SJKC Kong Min Caw. 2 at Paya Terubong, Penang at 9.00 a.m.
