GT Mutiara Lions actively supported and participated in the recently concluded "Walk For Sight" project organised by the Lions Club of George Town Perdana on 11 April 2010.Past Council Chairperson Allan Cheah, Past District Governor Dato' Khoo Kay Huat and Past President Teng Eng Teik were among the notable lions at the project of which the St. Nicholas Home was the main beneficiary. The Lions were accompanied by the Alpha Leos from SMJK Sacred Heart, Balik Pulau together with their teacher advisor Puan Ling Yin Yin and Omega Leos from Leo Club of George Town Mutiara.
